Dorminy is a proud partner in education and part of the BHCS (F)amily! DMC partners with FHSCCA each year to employ CNA students, giving them the opportunity to have hands on healthcare experience and the chance to be awarded the DMC Homegrown Healthcare Scholarship. The scholarship was created in 2023, through a partnership with Fitzgerald High School College and Career Academy, to foster a program to help "Grow our Own" healthcare workforce.
