If you signed in to the Patient Portal during your hospital visit, you can use our Patient Portal Login to view your information.
If this is your first time logging in to the Patient Portal you must meet these requirements:
- Provided an email address at the time of registration at Dorminy Medical Center
- Know your Medical Record number
